Guidance and advice on nutrition: how to fuel your runs, gear choices and what races to pick for your goals.
£50 per month: Includes all the above support.

I have always been someone who struggled to find the motivation to exercise. Whenever I did try anything it would be a phase that would end with me giving up, feeling that I wasn’t going to improve. I’d tried Couch 2 5K a couple of times but struggled to do any speed and stamina work after completing the 8 weeks and would always end up stopping running. When I started working with Catriona she was really attuned to how I could be self-defeating and helped me to explore what would be a realistic goal for me. She also recognised how hard it can be to exercise being a busy, working mum so helped me to think about a realistic training schedule, that would fit in with all my other commitments. Catriona really promotes focusing on your own goals and not worrying about others. With all her support I was able to run a 10k and have since done 3 10ks! I’m still running because of my training plan with Catriona.
I started working with Catriona at the beginning of the year in preparation for my first half-marathon in Edinburgh. Catriona set me up with a structured 3x per week progressive training plan with regular planned check-ins and was also on hand outwith. With her help and support, I completed my first half marathon in 2hrs 17 mins which I was so proud of! I also managed to achieve personal bests in both 5 and 10K runs. I would highly recommend Catriona as a coach to anyone at any level of their running journey!
